“Finding that I had a gift of a personal makeover was a DREAM COME TRUE.  The fact that Anna came to my house meant that the time was just for me – a real treat.  However, when the day came, I admit to feeling very nervous – what would a stranger think of my wardrobe full of all sorts of odds and ends?  I needn’t have worried.  Anna’s gentle, sensitive style helped me not only look again at what I wear but to really understand what suits me in terms of style and colour.  The day shopping in London put what I had learned into practice.  I am now much more sure of what to buy and feel far more confident in making the right choices even on a limited budget.  Certainly a great gift.”
Jean, Kent

“I enjoyed trying items I would not necessarily have given a second glance to, because I would have expected them to be too expensive, too unsuitable. I also enjoyed the trying on and being surprised at how good they looked.  And never before did I realise what a difference the right bra would make.  When I wore the black dress, the first response from a few people who noticed was:  “How glamorous!””
Jean, London

“We had a FASCINATING day experimenting with makeup and colours, talking about the kinds of clothes we’d love to wear but don’t dare and the things we do wear and don’t even like.  I particularly liked Anna’s attention to detail, the lovely home cooked lunch and the non directive way in which we experimented with different styles and colours.  There were no rules or do’s and don’ts.  I felt as though given some useful information, I was then free to make my own choices about what I like and don’t like and I now have a clearer idea of why certain colours or styles suit me better than others.  I learned about myself and the way I dress, not by being told what to do, but just by having the space and time to play for a bit and explore.”
Sophie, London

“I needed a makeover, but was dreading the experience of it because I have always had a phobia about my body and appearance.  It quite truthfully CHANGED MY LIFE.  It helped me to accept that I truly am made in the image of God, gave me inner confidence, has made choosing clothes much more fun and has delighted the visual capacities and appreciation of my family and friends.  I have been amazed at the sort of things people have said to me about my recent appearance.  Excellent value – an investment for the future.”
Molly, Buckinghamshire

“LOVED playing around with makeup.  It was like having a counter all to ourselves –  to practise and get advice – with no intimidation!  Nowhere else you can do that.”
Helen, London

“I can CONFIDENTLY pick colours and styles that suit me and I am loving receiving all the comments on how chic and well I look.  No more fashion faux pas and shopping for something I need has become a pleasure.”
Vanessa, London

“Actually finding out which colours suited me was a
real revelation, and has completely changed the way
that I dress and has enabled me to become much more
adventurous and confident. I now see the effect that
different colours have, and I now am much more aware
of what would look good on me, so it has become a
great deal easier to pick out things when I go
shopping.
It was also helpful to look at different shades of eye
shadow and lipstick, and see what colours I should be
wearing (which was actually totally different from
what I would normally wear!) and the effect of these
colours on my appearance. It was useful to
look at my body shape and also think about skirt
lengths, patterns, accessories etc.
and I now enjoy experimenting, using the things that I
have learnt. All in all, it was a great way to spend
a day!”

Vicki, London

"Anna works through everything from makeup to working around the curves, or lack of them, with sensitivity, confidence and encouragement! I now feel freer to express myself in the way I look and whilst planning my wardrobe used to be a disheartening chore, these days I really enjoy it."
Joanna, Hertfordshire
